When you order a book directly from Siglio, it contributes to the health of the press. We thank you by including the newest edition of siglio ephemera with your order.
Our orders are fulfilled by a family-run warehouse in New Jersey. Please give us three business days for fulfillment plus shipping time (usually 5-15 business days, but often delayed because Postmaster General Louis Dejoy is trying to destroy the postal service—contact your congressperson and senators!).
If your order arrives damaged or with printer’s errors, or it’s lost in transit, contact us for a replacement. Please note: Siglio cannot replace the book once the USPS tracking says it’s been delivered.
If you are not happy with your siglio book, return it to us at the catskill, ny address above for a refund (and let us know it’s on its way). Limited edition orders are final and non-refundable.
We also encourage you to support your local, independent bookstore by buying siglio books there. Here’s a list of bookstores abroad that regularly stock and/or can order siglio books. (We’re currently not shipping internationally—too many books have been lost lately—again USPS.)
