When you sign up for our mailing list or place an order with us, we handle your personal information responsibly and with great care.
We do not share, rent, sell or barter your data with anyone. Your email is used only to contact you directly and personally about your order, or to send you our newsletter which goes out generally 6-8 times a year, to which you can easily unsubscribe — see newsletter footer for dedicated link or send an email to hello (at) sigliopress (dot) com.
Any cookies on our site are purely functional to enable the shopping cart for your order. We do not track your movements or collect any information when you simply visit our website. However, if you access any archived videos from other websites that are embedded here, those websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content. (There aren’t very many embedded videos here.)
Orders are processed through Stripe which has the highest security rating for safe transmission of your data. We do not store your credit card numbers in full on our site either (we have access only to the last 4 digits).
We do not do any of those very annoying things like reminding you left something in your cart, or tailoring an individual email to push a “product” on you. We hope that you will enjoy spending time—unmonitored—exploring the Siglio site, reading and looking, and perhaps buying a book, or not.
